A six-week course for complete beginners

Want to run but just getting started? Chargers Start takes you from the basics to your first 5k, over six Sunday mornings.

Using a proven ‘Couch to 5k’ style mix of running and walking, we build you up week by week, helping you build your running as a good habit.

As with all Chargers sessions, the course is completely free and is led by UK Athletics qualified Run Leaders.

Please note: Start is intended for complete beginners who are not yet able to run a full 5k comfortably. If you are unsure whether to course is for you, please get in touch.
